Bill Florin is a Vice President with Learning Dynamics. He has over 20 years of diverse experience as a Human Resources Director and Sales Manager, including assignments with Target, Best Buy, and Kohl’s.
Bill is also a Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW) and Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP) – credentials issued by the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches – and is President of Resu-mazing Services Company. He provides career development work, including résumé and cover letter writing, LinkedIn and social media strategies for professionals, and interview preparation coaching. He lectures and conducts workshops on career topics and has spoken at such venues as Fairfield University and Southern Connecticut State University .
As a Human Resources Director and Sales Manager, he has trained groups on topics including talent management, performance coaching, sales leadership, customer service, diversity, and legal compliance issues. He works with many Learning Dynamics banking and financial services clients with whom he leverages his background as a former licensed financial advisor (Series 7, 63, and CT Life & Health Insurance Producer).
Bill attended the University of Pittsburgh and holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He is working towards a master’s in organizational leadership with a concentration in coaching and mentoring from Regent University. Active in the community, Bill is a trainer and coach with TBICO (The Bridge to Independence and Career Opportunities).
