Senior Learning Consultant
Quintina (Tiny) Palmer-Woods brings over 20 years of senior-level human resources, training and development experience to Learning Dynamics. In officer and management positions with Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), Reebok, and other companies. She developed expert knowledge of employee retention and training strategies as well as learning management systems (LMS) implementation and administration and other relevant technology solutions.
In her most recent work with BBH, Tiny worked to develop career tracks using competency-based curriculum and development activities. She was also instrumental in enhancing the firm’s retention strategies and performance. Other areas of focus in her career have been comprehensive training and development programs that ranged from essential compliance-driven programs to advanced management development and employee coaching. She has spearheaded program re-writes and enterprise-wide deployments.
Tiny holds multiple professional certifications, including Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Skills, DISC – Discovering Self and Others, Blanchard Company’s Situational Leadership and others. She attended Boston State College and the University of Massachusetts College of Public and Community Service.
