Bev Bahmanyari

Bev Bahmanyari is a professional trainer and facilitator with more than 18 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies both nationally and internationally.   Her extensive career includes retail sales, corporate human resources management, and technical recruiting.  She served as an Employee Relations Manager for a telecommunications company, where she participated in strategic planning with leaders of the organization. 


Bev spent three months implementing a new Performance Management program at the United Nations office in Rome, Italy and at UNICEF in Copenhagen, Denmark.

A certified career coach, Bev has addressed performance issues and behavioral problems. Her work resulted in reduced corporate turnover rates.  She also presented targeted succession planning for future corporate leaders. She has developed classes for corporate recruiters on how to build a client base through effective communications while uncovering new business opportunities.  She is certified in Behavioral Interviewing Techniques and holds the PHR certification.  She is a member of SHRM and ASTD, and has been a frequent contributor and organizer of special events for the Georgia Women’s Business Council in Georgia, her home state.
