Rosa Mo, Ph.D.
Dr. Rosa Mo is a registered dietician with more than 25 years of experience in administering corporate and community health programs, nutrition management programs, and health consulting in corporate, non-profit, and educational organizations. She is multi-lingual and has created and implemented wellness programs in Spanish and English nationwide. Her extensive client list includes GE, Olin, Union Carbide, and Xerox.
One of her most popular programs, “Eating on the Run,” is a program gaining national focus in light of the childhood obesity epidemic in the US. She is a past recipient of the “Dietician of the Year” designation by the American Dietetic Association and she has written two popular books, Let Them Eat Cake and Fear of Frying.
Rosa holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University.
