Mac Carr has over 20 years of experience in leadership development, people strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, executive and manager consultation, and leadership responsibility of geographic human resources organizations. Most recently, he served as a senior director and division human resources business partner with Siemens Industries. His earlier career experiences included time with Fortune 500 companies Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and Burlington Industries.
Mac has designed and presented training programs in such areas as performance management, team building, change management, coaching, and customer service. His engaging style and practical approach to the topics, enhanced by his experience and numerous industry certifications, are always well received.
Mac holds certifications for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instrument, Seven Habits of Highly Effective Managers, and other leadership development curriculum. He earned a BS in financial management and a master’s degree in industrial development and human resources development, both from Clemson University.
