Managing and improving employee performance is one of the most critical and challenging responsibilities that managers face. Effective individual coaching requires an in-depth knowledge of employee potential and behavioral gaps and a commitment to forming a partnership with the employee to strengthen their overall performance. This workshop provides an opportunity for managers to assess their coaching and communication skills while practicing and honing those skills using case studies. The workshop also includes customized card exercises, where participants have the opportunity to explore and respond to various workplace scenarios.
