Bill Brimmer has more than 30 years of experience as a business development and sales executive working with high-profile client companies to proactively develop, engage, re-deploy and transition employees to meet changing market and workforce needs. He has worked extensively in career management, coaching both individuals and corporate high-performers to achieve optimum results personally as well as professionally across industries.

Bill spent nearly two decades with Right Management, Manchester Partners, and Drake Beam Morin as an executive career coach, working in tandem with senior managers to target and achieve long-term organizational goals. As Regional Vice President for the Connecticut/Westchester and New England Markets, he was the recipient of Right Management's prestigious "President's Club Award.” As a long-time team leader for the organization, Bill was the catalyst for inspiring his team members to also be awarded membership in the "President's Club" over his tenure.

Prior to joining Right Management, Bill was a sales and training development executive in the consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical industries in New England and the Mid-Atlantic Regions. His professional success is complemented by his service on numerous Boards of Directors throughout New England.

Bill holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Pacific Western University. He currently serves on the Northwest Connecticut Workforce Investment Board and also serves on the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Human Resources Committee for Newtown Savings Bank.
